it is an expeeimental answer and charges must be point charge. F directly proportional to q1.q2 and inversely proportional to sq. of diatance between charges. F=kq1q2/r^2 k is medium dependent constant.

According to coulomb law force is directly proportional to the product of the two megnitude of two charges and inversly proportional to the square of distance between them
