At macroscopic level, charge on a body is assumed to be the order of a few micro coulomb (μC) . Hence, Q= 10^-6 C . From quantization of charge, Q= ne => 10^-6 = n* 1.6 * 10^-19 => n = 10^-6/ 1.6*10^-19 => n= 10^13. Since, at macroscopic level the no. of electron or proton becomes too large hence they can never be said quantized.
