No,6^n can not end with zero.If 6^n is end with zero than in its prime factorisation is 2 and 5. But we know that it's prime factorisation is (2×3)^n and it is unique by the fundamental theoram of Euclid division algorithm. So 6^n is not end with zero for any natural number n.
