Alluvial soil are formed by alluvial deposits which consists of silt, sand, clay, and gravel, as well as much organic matter. Sediments deposits of alluvial soil are brought by the rivers. Feature are:-1)These soils consist of varying proportion of sand, silt and clay. 2)Alluvial soil as a whole is very fertile. 3))It is commonly found in riverbed and flood plains.
