The civil code of 1804 was came to be known as napoleonic code as it is declared by napoleon bonaparte...under this system the following laws will come: 1.Feudal system was abolished. 2.it established the equality before law among all. 3.it abolished the privileges based on birth. 4.in towns too, guild restrictions were removed. 5.right to propery is given among all. 6.serfdoms and manorial dues was abolished.

The civil code or the Napoleonic code of 1804 was introduced by Napoleon Bonaparte in many parts of Europe to maintain its control. Under this code,

  1. Feudal system was abolished.
  2. Equality before the law was established.
  3. Right to property was given.
  4. Serfdoms and manorial dues was abolished.
