First of all the outcome depends on how people show their identity if people c themselves as a particular caste such as in Ireland they saw themselve Protestant or catholic but instead of this we should show our identity as nations identity Belgian. Second, depends on political leaders raise the demands of any community. Third,it depends upon the govt how they react to demands of different groups Ex Belgium & srilanka they were ready to co operate since there was less social division
