Rohan -benefits= 1-rules and regulation 2-time fixed - working hours fixed , lunch timing fixed etc. 3- holidays fixed 4- fixed job Sumit -drawbacks= 1-no rules and regulation 2-time not fixed for anything 3-holidays not fixed, salary cut on holiday 4- job not fixed.
