Suzain u r telling opposite Disquished is when a prrson seem to be emloyed but do not contribute in production.i.e. here workers are extra. Under employment is when person works in job lower than his potential.

Sorry in under employment people are extra while in disguised people work less than their potential

In disguise d unemployment people work on extra basis ie. If they are removed from production work no decline in output will seen but in under employment people work less than their potential
