Caste leaders contest elections and try to win over the loyalty of their caste members to win over the elections.. Different castes come closer to each other and make a group so that they can demand for more facilities from the government .

The parties started to choose members from their side based on all caste.means they wanted their member to be from those caste who were in majority in the region.because its human feeling that the candidate from their caste will only work for them
