proceeds from issue of shares in cash, from issue of debentures in cash , loans raised(long& short), incrrase in bal. of BOD or cash cr..........cash inflows. Cash otflows......payment of buy back equity shares,redemption of prefrence shares,of debentures,repayment of loan both ,payment of dividend,payment of interst on both long nd short term loans,payment of premiliary expenses,decrease in BOD balance.....i hope u get it
