Radius = 6.5 cm

Perimeter of circle = 31 cm

2r + l = 31

2 × 6.5 + l = 31

13 + l = 31

l = 31 - 13

l = 18 cm

Areas of sector = \(\)\(1/2\) × l × r

= 1/2 × 18 × 6.5

= 9 × 6.5

= 58.5 sq. cm
