Malware has the malicious intent it harm, destroy our comp. Inf. through DVD CD etc... Same as spyware but it enter through our inf. and stole com. Inf.

malware us a general term used for viruses worms spyware etc. whereas spyware is a software which is installed on your computer to spy on computer and report the data to people willing to pay for it
