R is directly proportional to (row) These are the 3 factors influencing resistance of the conductor. But temperature also influnce the resistance But. It cannot be written in the form of R=rowL/AT. ( T - temperature) (Or) R= rowLT/A In my view resistance maybe directly or indirectly proportional to temperature
