Manometer works on the principle that whenever a current carrying conductor is placed in a magnetic field then it experiences are taught and vice versa. Current is applied on the terminals T1 and t2 duck rectangular or the circular coil ABCD recharged and being kept in a magnetic field it experiences a torque. Due to this torque the rectangular coil ABCD exerts a force on the spring as a result of this force the spring starts getting compressed and when the spring is fully compressed then a restoring force which is equal to the torque acting on the circular or rectangular coil starts to act in the spring now according to condition put restoring force equal to torque and find the value of current. This was one thing the next thing is that when is applied on the rectangular coil you know that town is equal to n i a b sin theta now when theta becomes equal to 90 degree then how is equal to n i a b that is now becomes maximum current becomes proportional to theta that is now when current will be increased there will be equal increase in the deflection is you get a linear scale this is how a galvanometer works now when you will the deflection in your Galvanometer will also increase equally
