Poikiothermic animals 1)Their body temperature varies with environmental temperature cold . 2)They get heat from environment hence these are called ectothermal animals. 3)They are also called blooded animals. Ex -pisces ,amphibians. Homeothermic animals 1)Body temperature remains constant. 2)They get heat from body hence called endothermic animals . 3)Also called warm blooded animals . Ex-birds
