Total radiating surface=curved surface area of cylinder

                                    {tex}=2\pi rh{/tex}

h=28m and r={tex}\frac52cm=\frac 5{200}m{/tex}

Total radiating surface={tex}2\times \frac{22}7\times\frac5{200}\times28{/tex}

{tex}=4.4m^2{/tex}
