Average height of all student = (x1 +x2+.......+x100)÷100 150× 100=(x1 +x2+.......+x100) 15000=(x1 +x2+.......+x100) Average height of boys=(x1+......x60)÷60 170×60=(x1+......x60) 10200=(x1+......x60) 15000-10200=4800 Average height of girls= (x1+.....+x40)÷40 Average height of girls=4800÷40 Average height of girls=120
