Dekar Accounts is a account which stores digital form of securities such like ( Shares , debentures etc). Anyone is allowed to open dekar account for dealing in securities, once he is done will all the procedures , and account is opened by contacting any broker Then he may use any device which has internet to access capital market for the puchase of Shares debentures etc
