Supervisor is the position at operational level of management since supervisor is the one who is directly in contact with workforce it is a duty of a supervisor to interpret plans framed by top management and also to provide technical guidance about how to work effectively and efficiently , how to operate machines , etc After reading the above case it is advisable to supervisor to provide technical guidance for operating computerised machines so the workers can properly understand about the function of the machine and get familiarised with it it will not only boost the knowledge about how to operate the machines but also enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of working on those machines by them.
