On the basis of nature training is concerned with teaching technical skills and development is concerned with technical , human and conceptual skills.training is suitable for non-managerial personnel and development is suitable for managerial personnel.

Two concepts : training and development , as you can see in this question orientation is a part of training and also he was send for improving his motivational and conceptual skills it is development .one common difference is that training is a part of development and also development refers to overall growth of a person.

The top officials of a country’s Government held a meeting in order to speed up the business growth.
