1. Lymph is a colourless fluid that does not contain RBCs.blood is a red-coloured fluid that contains RBCs

. 2. Lymph contains plasma and lesser number of WBCs and platelets.Blood contains plasma, RBCs, WBCs, and platelets.

3. Lymph helps in body defence and is a part of the immune system. Blood is associated with the circulation of oxygen and carbon dioxide,nutrients harmones,waste products etc

4. Lymph's plasma lacks proteins. Blood  plasma has proteins, calcium, and phosphorus.

5. Lymph transports nutrients from the tissue cells to the blood, through lymphatic vessels. Blood transports nutrients and oxygen from one organ to another.

6. The flow of lymph is slow.The flow of blood in the blood vessels is fast.

blood consist mainly RBCs so it is red in colour where as lymph consist of WBCs thats why it is colourless
