C=-21/9 equation- 5x+4y-21/9 or 45x+36y-21=0

Point of intersection-(-11/9,19/9) the equation of line will be 5x+4y+c=0 where c is a constant . It is because the line is parallel to 5x+4y-20=0. Satisfy the point of intersection in the assumed equation.
