Perpsin: 1. It is secreted from the gastric glands of stomach. 2. It is secreted in inactive form called pepsinogen. 3. It acts on protein and converts them into proteoses and peptones. 4. It catalyses in acidic medium. Trypsin: 1. It is secreted from the exocrine pancreas. 2. It is secreted in inactive form called trypsinogen. 3. It acts on proteoses and peptones and converts them into polypeptides. 4. It catalyses in alkaline medium.
