How far is it correct to say that disguised unemployment can also be called under employment?? Explain

Because in disguised unemployment people seems to be employed but they are not fully employed as some people are removed then the production will not suffer and hence it is right to say that it is equal To underemployment.

Because disguised unemployment is that situation of work in which there are more workers are engaged in a single work and but output is very small.....that is also related to the underemployment

It can be also called under employment because worker perform below their productivity level

I think so under employment is the nore unemployment whereas disguise is one in which the unemployment is hidden.
