csa of hemisphere = 2π r²

2π r² = 49.28

2 *22/7 *r² = 49.28

r² = 49.28*7/44

r² = 7.84

r = √7.84 = 2.8

TSA = 3 π r²

TSA = 3*22/7*(2.8)²

= 3*22/7 *7.84

= 73.92 m²
