    Kranz anatomy is a special type of anatomy seen in only some plants which are known as C4 plants as the product of CO2 fixation is a 4C compound. Kranz means wreath. In kranz anatomy special cells also known as bundle sheath cells are present surrounding the vascular bundle. The mesophyll cells lack the enze RUBISCO and hence no photorealistic takes place in C4 plants . While the bundle sheath cells have that enzyme and hence Calvin cycle takes place in tbundle sheath cells.Refer other sources for detailed explanation ?
