No, because it contain very less questions of some important topics. So, give preference to NCERT exampler and RD Sharma. That will be enough but firstly do NCERT book.

Yes for average students and No for bright students. They should follow NCERT exemplar book and some reference books such as R D Sharma and R S Agarwal.
