No i completely disagree the comment because The Development of a country depend on development of its tertiary sector.And it also has highest share in GDP of country. hope this will help u Anny

No the sector is playing a very significant role in india it has the highest share of gdp percentage it provide services to all the other sectors these services are necessary for development of those sector so we can say that it is teritiary sector who playing most significant role in development of indian economy
