    But displacement current should be present at the time of charging of the capacitor because at that time flux changes how come the displacement current is zero then

    During during initial time the capacitor get charged that time displacement current is zero and conduction current is there and and when the capacitor get charged fully then there is no conduction current but on the displacement current is present
