    I saw you question and became curious so i did a small research and i found actually it can't be proved mathematically actually. Its a observation derived result it can be stated that actually its just about finding patterns in nature and it was influenced somehow from patterns in electrostatic . You can prove it for special cases like infinitely long conductors etc but overall basic law is hard to prove
