When velocity of blowing air or something increases then pressure decreases on that side. Eg :a man standing on platform of station experience pressure from his backside when fast moving train moves from his front because air gets trapped their and moves with train at high velocity so pressure decteses on that side but pressure from behind reamains same so man feels force and gets toward train That is why it is not allow to stay near platform when train is about to arrive
