Hydrides of groups 15 are lewis base as there is a lone pair of electron on the group 15 elements in their hydrides.
As the atomic number of central atom increases. The lone pair of electron occupies a greater volume i.e. electron density on central atom decreases and its tendency to donate a pair of electron decreases and hence its basic strength decreases with increase in atomic number.
NH3 > PH3 > AsH3 > SbH3 > BiH3
