Ali was sad because he didn't get her daughter letter for the past five years. He gave up hunting because he realised the pain of separation from loved one .

Ali was sad bcz his daughter left him and went far away from him and he had no idea of where she went . he left hunting bcz he understood the grief of separation from loved ones and realised that how much animals would have felt hurt for thise he had killed their loved ones and by realising this he left hunting . He went to check for his letter from his daughter everyday but letter hasn't came and he was sad so
