A leap year has 366 days. This is equivalent to 52 weeks and 2 extra days. These 2 days can be combination of (sunday, Monday),

(Monday, Tuesday),

(Tuesday, Wednesday),

(Wednesday, Thursday),

(Thursday, Friday),

(Friday, Saturday) or

(saturday, sunday)

So,probability of getting a 53rd sunday = 2/7
