When someone who is beside us yawns then it is obvious that we also do the same within few minutes because of the HUMAN MIRROR NEURON present in the premotor cortex of the brain which forces us to perform the same activity done by other. In simple language we can say that it forces us to copy other. This neuron is found in some animals too. That's why a monkey copies human being. So if we observe others yawning we also perform the same activity.
