Why should curd and sour substances not be kept in brass and copper vessels

    Bcz curd / sour substance have acid . If it will be placed in copper vessels than it will react with it to form metallic salt which will make food to get poisonous .

    These type of substances should not be kept in brass and copper vessels because curd and sour substances have acid in them and in presence of brass and copper these acids make poisonous substances.That's all.
