to find: AC

let x be AC,AB =12-x

sin60= AC/AB

√3/2 =x/12-x

12√3-√3= 2x

20.76= 3.73x

2076/373=x

x =5.6m

Therefore, 5.6 m from the bottom is the tree broken by wind
