when rod is moving, Force experienced by it F=q(V×B) And due to magnetic field electrons will downwards and cuz a electric field. Electric field is maximum at equilibrium Therefore F=qE=qVBsin90 E =VB Since E =Él Therefore Él =VB É=BLV B where B,L,V should be mutually perpendicular to each other. Aap l= 1 Therefore É=BV. É stands of induced emf. ☺Hope u understand☺
