Non cooperation movement unfold in that way that all the urban people boycotting the British cloths and many people left her government job and in rural area people will start doing revolution by taking the name of gandhi Ji. In this way the non cooperation movement unfold. Urban, rural people and many hilly village people take participated in it.

Gandhiji proposed that the movement should unfold in following stages: 1. Surrender of titles and honours and honorary posts. 2. Boycott of legislative councils, boycott of law courts by the lawyers. 3. Boycott of government schools and colleges and withdrawal of children from these. 4. Boycott of British goods. To get a popular support for the movement Mahatma Gandhi and Shaukat Ali toured extensively throughout India.
