Distinguish between the condition of a farmer who is working in his own farm and a landless labourer?

A farmer working in his own farm has no restrictions he can get enough money after selling the surplus by which he can survive . ..........but a landless labourer who is working in any other farm gets money which is very little in comparison of there hard work that's because they do not about the wages that they short because they are illiterate. There's one more problem for them that if they borrow some money from big farmers and when the time comes to return the money they have to work in the farms of the big farmers without any earning whether the big farmers get loans easily from the banks and are also able to return it.
