bile juice help in the breakdown of large globules of fats int small globules.

Bile juice has two important functions :-

(1) It assists with fat digestion and absorption in the gut i.e. it helps in the process of breakdown of large fat globules into smaller fat globules (emulsification).

(2) It is a means for the body to excrete waste products from the blood.

In humans, bile is produced continuously by the liver, and stored and concentrated in the gall bladder.
