The three kinds of structures built in mediaeval period were:
i. Forts, palaces, tombs, this was the safe. protected occupied by the kings and demonstrated power.
ii. The second type of structure was meant for public activity and was opened and to be used by subjects, This,tanks, wells, bazaars.
iii. Temples: We may give example of kings in the Deccan who build temples to display their wealth, strength and superiority.
