Company X is facing lot of problems these days. It manufactures white goods like washing machine, microwave ovens , refrigerators and ACs . The company's margins are under pressure and the profits and market share declining. Production department blanes the marketing department for not meeting the sales Target and the marketing department blanes the production department for producing goods which are not of good quality and do not meet the customer's expectations. The finance department blanes both the production and marketing department for declining returns on investment. Identify feature of management the company is lacking ? Identify the process through which the management can bring the company back on track?
