Haemoglobin is also called respiratory pigment.Haemoglobin is present in RBC.Its main function is to carry oxygen.it carries oxygen lungs to all the body tissues.And also carries carbon dio xide from body tissue to lungs.So deficiency of Haemoglobin will lead to defeciency of oxygen in blood.And this will lead to the disease anaemia.

The haemoglobin provide oxygen to the blood if it's leads to deficiency our blood will not get supply amd thus the person leads to the disease called anemia.
