Given: a + b + 25 = 60 {tex}\Rightarrow{/tex} a + b = 35
a² + b² = 25²
ab {tex}=\frac{1}{2}\left[(a+b)^{2}-\left(a^{2}+b^{2}\right)\right]{/tex}
{tex}=\frac{1}{2}[1225-625]{/tex}
{tex}=\frac{1}{2}[600]{/tex}
= 300
{tex}\therefore{/tex} area of {tex}\triangle{/tex} = 150cm²
