Isomers are molecules that have the same chemical formula but have different arrangements of their atoms.
Optical isomerism is a type of isomerism in which isomeric compounds differ only in the direction in which they rotate the plane of polarized light.
Each of two or more forms of a compound which have the same structure but are mirror images of each other and typically differ in optical activity.
