YES due to the phenomenon of induction.......when a charge body lets say -vely charged body bring close an uncharge the positive charge get accumulated towards negative charge and negative charge of the body get accumulated towards other end of the body...through earthing we transfer the negative charge of the body to the ground..now remove the already charged body now the uncharge body gets positively charged..

Aman Kumar 6 years, 5 months ago

The negative charged body can be thought to be an electron rich spieces...when bought near the uncharged body, it repels the free electron from the uncharged body towards its opposite end.As the closer end of uncharged body experiences the lack of electrons, which is the sign of positive charged .Hence, the end of two bodies develop opposite charged and mutual attraction occurs.

Aman Kumar 6 years, 5 months ago

Suppose two like charge (q1,q2)are put r meter distance . According to coulomb 's law Force is directly proportional to q1×q2 And force is inversely proportional to 1/r^2 So F is directly proportional to q1×q2/r^2 F=k q1×q2/r^2 Where k=9×10^9=Constant
