No.The current in a wire is due to flow of free electrons in a proper direction.But the number of proton in the wire at any instant is equal to the number of electron and charge on electron is equal and opposite to that of proton.Hence net charge on the wire is zero

Hey,if the charge is moving in circular path around a charge then it have centripetal force. And if the distance between them is not decreasing then, electrostatic force=centripetal force.
