First aid is immediate treatment given to the injured person until the proper medical is reached. We can not predict that accident and injuries can occur anywhere anytime. In case an accident happens in front of you, we should not stand and stare nervously at a victim. Instead of that, we need to help them by providing first aid. The first aider must know whether a person is dead or alive. If a victim is alive and you don't have a proper knowledge, then contact a doctor and obtain instructions of first aid to reduce the injury, stopping of bleeding, treatment of the shock, clean the wound. You should be careful while providing first aid because you are saving the life of a victim. So, first aid is very necessary for a victim. Some objectives of first aid are mention below:
The main objective of first aid is to save the life of a victim.
- It helps to control the bleeding.
- It helps to treat minor injuries like cuts, bites, burns, wound etc.
- It also helps to reduce the pain and further treatment becomes easy.
- It aims to take victims to the hospital in time.
- It helps to provide the fact of victims to the medical person.
- It helps to control the crowd or noise of other people around the patient.

ADVANTAGES OF FRICTION
Friction plays a vital role in our daily life. Without friction we are handicap.
1. It is becomes difficult to walk on a slippery road due to low friction. When we move on ice, it becomes difficult to walk due to low friction of ice.
2. We can not fix nail in the wood or wall if there is no friction. It is friction which holds the nail.
3. A horse can not pull a cart unless friction furnishes him a secure Foothold.
4. We can write on a paper or on a board.
5. Friction helps in applying the brakes.
6. It helps in walking on floor.
7. Coffee mug stays on the dashboard
8. Shuffling across a carpet to shock someone
9. Draging of atmosphire with earth is possible
10. Helps to pevents the life on earth by burning astroids.
DISADVANTAGES OF FRICTION
Despite the fact that the friction is very important in our daily life, it also has some disadvantages like:
1. The main disadvantage of friction is that it produces heat in various parts of machines. In this way some useful energy is wasted as heat energy.
2. Due to friction we have to exert more power in machines.
3. It opposes the motion.
4. Due to friction, noise is also produced in machines.
5. Due to friction, engines of automobiles consume more fuel which is a money loss.
6. Machine efficency is decreased: energy input is lost to heat
7. Getting shocked by doorknobs
8. Rug burn
9. It counteracts movement and so it takes more energy to move, it can cause unwanted heat (e.g. in machine parts), and it wears things out like shoes.
10. Forest fires are caused due to friction between branches of trees

Effects of Exercises on Respiratory System :
Regular exercises have following effects on respiratory system :
(a) Increase in Size of Lungs and Chest. When person performs exercise regularly, he equires more amount of 02. He inhales more amount of air during exercise. Consequently, his lungs and chest are exercised. After some period, the size of his lungs and chest increases.
(b) Increase in Residual Air Volume. Residual air is that amount of air, which is left in the lungs after exhalation. If an individual performs regular, exercise, his residual air capacity increases in comparison to an individual who does not perform regular exercise.
© Increase in Endurance. If exercise is performed regularly and for a longer period, it increases endurance. An activity can be done for a longer period without taking any rest. Those who do not perform exercise, have less endurance. They cannot continue exercise for a long duration. Hence, it can be alluded that exercise increases the endurance of an individual.
(d) Unused Alveoles Become Active. Regular exercise activates the unused alveoles, because much amount of 02 is required in vigorous and prolonged exercise of daily routine. The passive alveoles become active.
(e) Avoids Second Wind. For a beginner, the stage of second wind is, indeed, a crucial stage. But for a regular exerciser, it is hardly felt. Sometimes, a well-experienced athlete does not feel it in his course of activity.
(f) Strengthens Diaphragm and Muscles. Regular exercise strengthens the diaphragm and the muscles of the chest.
(g) Decrease in Rate of Respiration. It is certain that when a beginner starts exercise, his rate of respiration increases. But when the same individual performs exercise daily, his rate of respiration decreases in comparison to the beginning stage at rest.
(h) Increase in Tidal Air Capacity. Tidal air is the amount of air that flows in and out of the lungs in each quiet respiratory movement. But tidal air capacity is the amount of air that can be breathed in and breathed out, over and above the tidal air by the deepest possible inspiration/
expiration respectively. It is estimated at about 500 to 800 cc. After doing regular exercise, it has been noted that this tidal air capacity can be increased.
(i) Strong Will-power. Regular exercises increase will power of the individual. As paranayama, the specific exercise for lungs increases the will-power of the doer.
(j) Prevention from Diseases. An individual’s, who does not perform any exercise, speed of inhalation and exhalation becomes less. The waste products start sticking in his lungs and with the passage of time his lungs get damaged. On the .other hand, if we perform regular exercise, we will have to inhale and exhale more air speedily. By doing so, the waste products will never stick in our lungs. These products will come out automatically and the lungs will not be damaged. In this way, it can be said that by doing exercise we can prevent various diseases.

Extrinsic motivation sometime may kill intrinsic motivation because in extrinsic motivation an athlete initiates and sustains an activity as a result of external pull, attraction, forces, incentive, etc. Sooner or later the athlete loses interest and quits sport when the rewards etc. are no longer forthcoming.
