First make two halves i.e. Upper half N +1 /2 and lower half N-1/2 Then calculate number of bye by formula next highest power to 2- number of teams = 32-19 Now you have 10 teams in upper half and 9 in lower half nd you have to give 13 bye in which 4 are seeded. So the last team of lower half i.e 19th team will get first seeding. Second to first team of upper half then first team of lower half nd last seeding to last team of upper half. And in the same sequence alot them 9 bye. I hope you got it. All the best..
